FACELIFT FOR FASHION

We accompanied C&A as the digital lead agency in the transformation process of the brand and created a new web look for the global fashion company.

Assignment

Closer to the customer, more shopping experience: C&A wanted to build a platform for the perfect fashion experience not only at the POS, but also online. For this purpose, the online presence was to be redesigned with a focus on user-optimized content in order to strengthen the visual identity of the fashion company in the long term. 

Timeline

In order to build the perfect bridge between offline and online shopping, we have developed a harmonious and refreshing user interface based on the store design. Together with a modern grid system the digital shop gets a trendy fashion character and of course a pleasant structure. The newly developed, modern concept of an optimal user experience enables users to have a harmonious shopping experience - both visually and in terms of ease of use. For the development of features and as a whole, the main focus was on a user experience tailored to C&A's main female target group.  

Result

With the facelift of its website, C&A is also positioning itself online as a modern fashion company. The new appearance expresses itself through clear user guidance and easy to understand functionality and is of course performance-optimised. In addition to the focus on classic shopping needs such as an extended filtering of the product range according to fit, material or design features, additional content features have been developed: lookbooks or combination recommendations provide numerous shopping inspirations. From the outset, we and our customer C&A have relied on a modular concept that ensures agile further development of the shop - and at the same time creates points of contact for further expansion of omnichannel services and offerings. We keep you updated: Further exciting projects focusing on the individual needs of C&A customers are already being planned.
